Do search on Google fer "P1870". The TCC valve in the valve body izz worn out. The valve body will need to be removed and repaired. most of the time this izz the problem. The trans now izz in defaught mode and applys full line pressuer and thinks its a race car, Most of the time if you turn the switch off it will shift out one time good then see the faught and revert back to full line pressure, sumtimes it will shift OK till it gits hot.
