you will find that the power wire from the computer's blue plug to the transmission connector has a pinch/break in it. it will be confirmed by hooking it to a scanner and the pcs solenoid will read 0.0 volts. what is happening is that the pressure control solenoid is recieving no voltage so the valve body is recieving full pressure at all times, not just at full throttle. replaced this wire and pins many many times over and will cure the issue.
