Kim: Understandably you are taking a bit of heat on this one. Howard has been and we hope he will continue to be a very popular and valuable part of discussion. Howard and I have had our difference of opinion, but I still respect him for the roll he plays in discussion. He has been a great help to a lot of folks. Having said that he has also been around here long enough to know the rules on commercial advertising. I agree that he broke those rules, and you have every right to deal with this as you see fit. I support your stand.
