There are a lot of those governors out there. They are used on so many different engines and applications that there has to be a local place to get parts. The old chryler slant 6 industrial used them too. Used to have a lift truck that had a continental engine with one. Here's a link I found googling engine governors, then search in results with the word "hoof". There is a linsting for hoof down the page a bit. Hope it helps some.
