Mine is fast return light, I have seen some that took forever to go back to light and I always found myself raising the hood because it was so slow. It was junk off of the chepo tool truck. Built some fence corners for some guys down the road and we were talking about them, I did not charge for my work, Next day they showed up with one and said thanks for the help.
