I've always wanted to raise pigs and have a soft spot for them. Problem is there are so many wild ones around here that thinning them out of the hay fields keeps the freezers brimming. I've cooked it every way concievable and even tried shaping the patties into different animals... Wife won't eat pork at all any more. So sadly I'm not about to bring up the subject of raising pigs... Best I could do was to keep a piggy sow out of the trap about a month ago. She's now VERY close... love to see those little grunters. Enjoyed the picture, Matt.
