Identify engine in Clarklift towmotor?

My dad is working on a Clarklift towmotor and needs some tuneup information for it. The engine is serial number C30B 608-533. I'm pretty sure he said it was a four cylinder, I can't remember if it is LP or gas. Does anyone know who made the engine, or where I might get tuneup info for it? Thanks,
