Help with piston and sleeve assembly

My uncle called me today and asked me to research this topic for him. He found a set of Mcquay-Norris piston and sleeves in his attic new in the box with the original rapping and everything. The part number is 4SA197. He mentioned a 148 Gas engine although Im not sure if that is any help.
My question is what engines can these be used in? And also how much are they worth?
