If I had a pair of 1/2 tread I would want $150 each for them. Older sizes like this are hard to keep in stock. Most of the ones coming off are in poor shape, just like yours and if I get any they don't last long. I had a call last week for a pair of really nice 12-36 tires. I really did try not to laugh until I hung up. I'll take a look today or tommorrow to see what I have.
