I am going to be 38 in a few months. I thought I was a tough guy and knew most everything when I was 19. But as I got older and wiser I realized that there was (and is) a lot of skills in many trades that I didnt know and I found myself getting smarter at the school of hard knocks and dumber in the school of acedemics.
Hard work is always a good thing if you are paid what you are worth. Being a skilled machinist, machine builder and carpenter is not a bad thing.....but my brain would explode at a 4 year university.
