Don't know about the electrical but if the sediment bowl off the gas tank has no fuel, you could crank for as long as you wanted and it wont start. Sounds like you've got dirt or rust or something blocking the fuel line coming out of the tank. Did you make sure the gas is turned on? Maybe the shut off is plugged? Just some suggestions. Dave
