As I understand it , the hay sale tracking is written into the patriot act somewhere, I read the paragraph containing the rules a few months back , and can't remember where. If I remember correctly , this year it is only affecting farmers with 10 or more hired hands, and they have to keep track of where the field is, who mowed it/raked /baled/loaded/trucked/what barn/who stacked/who loaded onto customers vehicle or delivered. this will be required of ALL farms regardless of size in the near future. will see if I can't find where I read this ...Shawn
