Could cut the door in two horizontally, just below the handle. (It looks like the top half would clear at that point.) Then install a hinge between the two pieces of the door, which would allow the lower portion to fold onto the upper portion when the door is lifted upward on it"s new hinge installed at the top of the cab. You could cobble up a spring assist and have a gullwing door.
