Okay, here's the deal.

It has been working just fine. Someone, maybe you or Billy had to do some work on the sucker rod not too many years back when Jack had the place.

Anyway, it was working just fine until the cold weather set in. Went out there to chop ice and the motor had burnt the belt off and the sucker rod won't move.

We re-arranged the cows so that they can water at the corral. Gonna worry 'bout this jasper next summer when it warms up a bit. Cows are coming off in a weeks' time anyway, so no use fiddlin' with it now. :>)
