both of my grandfathers farmed most of their adult lives i think neither of them got past the sixth grade . they both owned the farm they worked when they retired . the one i believe would be called an entrepreneur as he stuck his neck out and found a way to make money without screwing somebody to make money . he owned a chicken and egg business , school busses plus the farm . all this without alot of class room time . the other worked for a ditch digger laying feild tile . once he yelled at the boss we're coming out of the ground . as the ditch was getting shallower . the boss said what makes you think that ? grandpa said think heck i know it . the boss said to his college son what does the transit say ? the boss looked at transit and said you dumb shut you reading it wrong .
