Well, I don't have 3 barns full but, I have what my dad always wanted. He wanted 1 of each of the letters series tractors but my mom would never go along with it. So I have put the collection together and let him keep 4 of them at his farm in Indiana. Currently I have 3 SMTA'S, a triumverent if you will. A Gasser, a Diesel, and a LPG. I have 2 H's, 1 C, 1 A, 2 B's, and a cub. The SMTA Diesel is restored as well as one of the B's, and one of the H's. The LPG is next for paint as mechanically I have it running like a sewing machine. My dad turned 70 this year and me buying these tractors and having him help me to restore them has gotten him out of his chair, and given him something to do on a daily basis. He worked for 15 years at a IH dealership in Indiana back in the late fifties and sixties, and really knows his stuff. His knowledge has really helped me along this journey of restoration as well as bringing me to a place with my dad that I had never before experienced. I owe IH tractors a debt of gratitude...thanks IH for bringing me close to my dad before it was too late. DREW
