Had a new neighbor one time he cut out the fence row between us, had no problem with that if he had have talked to me first. When I discovered it he had cut one tree about 8 inches in dia. up about 10 inches high and 2 ft. away from fence on my side. I would have loved it if I had not found that and hit it with the 12 ft haybine while opening up the field in the spring. He got kind of huffy about it said where he come from they did that all the time.
