I have a wall clock that's supposed to automatically re-sync the time to the NISTF13C atomic clock signal. It apparently didn't pay attention to the clock change. As for the computers... 95/98/ME will not change. They've reached their end-of-life as far as Microsoft is concerned. 2000 might get an update for it. XP and Vista will have an update, but it might not get put in on many because of people disabling automatic updates or because the new GenuineAdvantage authenticity check will forbid the download of the update. They've got about a year to make a change that could be done in under 5 lines of code. That's what we call, in the software world, an "easy fix." Any other devices, like my wall clock and auto-setting watches, won't change right unless the broadcasted time signal they sync to is adjusted. So they'll probably be wrong for the extra month. There's a term for that, too: "planned obsolescence."

A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
