Can we assume that instead of changing the clocks once unless its automatic, it won't matter which day. The computer remains at whatever time we set it at. If it automatically changes for DST then we need to disable the auto change function in advance or simply change the clock once more. If I take my computer from the US to another country that has more time zones or may or may not recognize any daylight savings changes then setting the computer manually is all that is required. Am I wrong?
