Hi A friend of my fathers came along and let him know that the battery was installed backward being that the positive led to the Farmall H frame. My dad turned the battery around. Any how, I know that the tractor is a positive ground and I got him to switch the battery around and now it wont charge. I know this topic has come up in this forum but I cant find any history on it right now. Is there a page on the site that explains how I can flash the field or can someone give me a quick rundown please and thank you. It is a Farmall H with a 6 volt Pos ground and the generator has 2 wires going to it. I forget how many wires go to the regulator.
