New chains would be in the neighborhood of $200 + shipping from what I have found. I don't know the size of that bucket, but I would be surprised if two chains of that size would fit in that bucket. Maybe I am wrong. I wouldn't think you should take anything less than $75 for that set of chains, but it depends on how worn down they are. Good luck!
