I agree with jddriver 100%. W also have let the lawyers get laws changed so they can sue us more ways than we will ever know . A tax payer should be able to protect his land. I believe most of these fence indence are caused by alcohol speed, and being young and stupid. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions some once else is at fault
Today you can drive at a unsafe speed and hit a fence and make a lot of money this is wrong it should be you made a mistake all expense should be paid by you. I know a total new idea.
