Did you get it to stop or are you still trying to figure it out? I had a similar problem with my pm4 and I had a burnt exhaust valve.Also some ignition repairs,but I suspect intake valve bad on yours because it acts up under load. i would recommend good compression test to start.Where are you located. im interested in the fact that you stripped and rebuilt yourr carb.
