Ya Im not really worried about the shop space, I already have a very nice heated and insulated shop. This is actually more for the loft space for a game room since we dont have room in our house for one. My kids are 10 and 12 and I would like to have a nice place for their friends to come over and hang out. It will also ease our minds some if they hang out close to home instead of running all over the country.
