The 820/830 utility tractors with the three cylinder 152 cube diesel engines were Manhiem, Germany built/designed. I think a few 830s were also built in Dubuque though. Deere also sold them - with a few changes as the 1020 ag. tractor or 300 industrial that were US built. The 1020s and 300s were also available with 138 cube gas engines - and had different hydraulic systems that the German tractors. We sold 1020s and 300s new during the mid-60s - and sold 820 and 830 German tractors new in the early 70s.
