If I remember correctly there are only 3 commercial duty engine bolt patterns. And there are adapters to match all to one and another. Most likely a large truck shop could get you one or a good weld shop can easily make one. Perkins are a rather rare engine 'round here, personally if I were to take on this kinda project I'd stick in a Cat... at least then you'd have some real bite.
