No Sir, No flasher and no power relays. I kinda think that someone has reworked this old devil. There is a huge master shut-off switch under the right cowl. Betcha someone was having trouble and just eleminated the dudes. So, this winter sometime, I'll redo that part of the wiring. Can't stand it when things aren't "factory". :>) Allan
