Alas, jammers are illegal. Verizon went to court to settle that one because movie theaters were installing 'em in some towns. I went shopping for one a few years back, and found that out when I went to order. The business wouldn't sell it to anyone inside the US.

So if you want one in this country, I guess you'll have to build your own.
