When you see one of the idiots with a phone in their ear while they're in the driver's seat and the vehicle is moving, honk your horn at 'em. I don't mean just a little beep I mean a good 3-5 second HONK. Let them know you're there. When one of the idiots whines about it tell them that they were talking on the phone, not paying attention to driving, and you were helping to prevent an accident by making them aware of other vehicles. If we could get enough people to do this we could make it too noisy for the idiots to hear their phonecall.
