Ford power adjust rim repair pictures

When I had to fix a flat a couple years ago, I discovered the effects of CaCl on the rim. NOBODY had replacements, so I found a blank rim for about $100 and decided to make my own. It was either that or shovel snow by hand that winter. I finally got around to posting some of the pictures. I did learn a couple of things:
1) Welding is harder than it looks.
2) The color on the cap does not necessarily reflect the color of paint in the can.
