I don't know the 3600's engine but you can get fuel into your oil several ways depending on how it is equipped. If you have a mechanical fuel transfer pump on the block the diaphram can fail and get fuel in thru it. Or the injector pump rear seal can fail. Someone with sepcific knowledge can give more help.
The big thing is that with that much fuel in your oil you do not want to run that engine. Sounds like you have more fuel than oil and it will wash out the lubrication in the engine. I would dump the crankcase where it sits then refill it with oil if you have to start and move it any distance.Good luck!
