First off check your fluid. Are you getting pressure to the top? Get a manual for the tractor, there are some pressure tests you can do to see if the hyd. pump is working. Most likely its the pressure releif valve, and if its a MULTI-SHIFT, the dashpot control valve. Get the manual and do some pressure tests and give us another post.
