Sore subject. Here in North Central PA, family dairy farming is selling off land to Jacka$$es from the anthills with more money than brains. Even though these ba$tards typically own a hundred acres to ride their ATV's on, property lines mean nothing. Beyond the fact that the first thing they do is remove the mufflers, and invite thier friends (30 or 40 of them racing up and down my dirt road until 3:00 AM last Saturday) there's a real possibility that if one of them takes a header into a ground hog hole on your property, you'll be hearing from thier lawyer. My advise; Shoot em. Just kidding.
