The factory 3 point hitch, for what you have in mind, is the way to go. I would look for a more modern version of a Ford though. NAA/Jubilee, 600, etc would be a better choice due to reasons already stated. MF 135 is also a great little tractor.

Farming Never Left My Blood - by Stan Gordon. I was born in 1947 youngest of ten of a working farm. Our farm was located in Saskatchewan near Saskatoon. We had a mixed farm consisting of grain and dairy all done with old machinery and by hand.
