Since you new to operating tractors I would suggest one made in the late 60's or early 70's they would be a safer one for a rookie since most have power brakes and steering and a live PTO and hydrolics I would look for something like a 2000 ford a 1010 JD or since your area is so small look for an older kubota or a little diesel of the same size
