Glen, to start an M at 6 volts, I would use the abslolute biggest highest CCA rated unit that will physically fit into the battery compartment. Some people are going with the new AGM type batteries like Optima or Lifeline makes. Also, be sure n use 00 Gauge Battery n Starter n Ground cables to reduce voltage drop.
