If youve got plenty of hyd oil in it, its usually either a clogged filter/screen or the pump is worn, often the housings on pumps that old wear enough that the oil bypasses the vanes and they get noisey. a kit may do the trick but Id factor in just how much pressure I need vs dollars before sinkin alot into new pump....yeah, I guess theres a little cheapskate in my lineage...lol...
Oh almost fergot, check the suction line (going TO the pump) they sometimes colapse inside and restrict oil flow while still looking fine and not leaking on the outside...luck...Don
