I cut a 5 acre field for a neighbor one time. By the time I got my mower in the field and made 3 trips around the outside like I always do I was more or less done cutting. I don't think I could hardly get it turned around on 1 acre. There are quite a few self propelled disc mowers becoming popular in the area right now, but I don't have that kind of $$$. David
