BRAKES

A friend just delivered a Masey Ferguson model
TE 25A, serial number 200745, to my house.
He says the brakes don't work. Someone please
tell me what kind of brakes it has. Are they
disk, drum with bands or drum with shoes? Are they wet or dry? Thank you in advance for your help.
