I let a friend borrow my Tractor for a couple of years while I was away on Business. I came home to find my tractor in Bad shape to say the least. I have tried to pull the lever that I remember as being the correct one. Could a shift fork or something like that have broke inside of the PTO housing but still allow the unit to stay engaged? I have tried to manually twist the PTO and work the exterior lever to no avail. Is this a serious problem or easily fixed? Help, Shawn
