Brakes,just loosen up the adjustment,then take the side covers of the brake.If there is a bunch of goop in there you need to replace the seals.Sometimes you can degrease them clean them real well with brake clean and that might help if the seals are not leaking to badly (for awhile).Adjust them back up when your done.
