Like one person said, get a mower to go behind it. Are they gonna outlaw mowers? They probably have an ordinance about how high the grass can get. They way I see it is this. If it isn't violating a noise requirement, it should be ok. You have more than enough room for it. Its quieter than a motorcycle. Someone in your neighbor hood is bound to have a classic car. This is just the farmboys version. Things like this just make me sick.
