I have an '03 Chevy 2500 HD 4x4 with the 6.0. I am satisfied until I get to the fuel pump. Last tankful was 89 octane pulling a AC D-17 on a gooseneck all freeway. I got 10.1 MPG. The best I have ever been able to obtain is 12 empty without trailer on the freeway. I now understand why the previous owner traded it in for a compact. Even I drive my small car to work daily as I can't justify the cost to operate the truck. What kind of mileage are you getting?
