Well my F250 is substantially older, but the two biggest things that cause me headaches with it are: 1. Moisture under the distributor cap or on the wires 2. Ignition control module (big silver box, filled with epoxy with a couple plugs and about 20 wires) sometimes goes out. We carry a couple spares onboard.
