Flat Proof Fill tires

I have been running my little Ford with the Green Slime in the tires. I needed some more weight up front and Fill the tires with water. Well that pretty Much renders the Slime useless. I had a Flat in less than an hour. What can I put in there that won"t leak out , and is heavy Thanks Tom
