Found the fuel line. It was tucked up under the frame on the left side. But it was wrapped in one of those plastic ribbed tubes so I figured I was holding a wire bundle.

Drained the old gas out, put fresh gas in. It starts, but it doesn't seem to get enough gas unless you hold the choke closed by hand on the engine. Official opinion is that the carburetor needs cleaned. So that's the next step...
