O/T International 8100 Single Axle

Looking for info on these trucks. Whats the best years and motors to have? I am looking in the 10-20k price range. I know the dt466 is a good motor, but would I be better off with a cummins in the long run? What tranmission would you recommend? I will be pulling a 36ft enclosed gooseneck trailer. I would say 8-12k miles a year. Thanks any info would be appreciated!
