Spra Coupe, again.

Here's a pic of it...
 60-ft boom. Actuators seem to move, electric pump clutch appears to work. Most lights and radio work (a caution light looks to be knocked off, and the front headlights don't do anything. Haven't really tried to start the engine--oil filter says it was changed 4-9-03, so I'm guessing the 10 gallons of stuff in the tank is probably antifreeze. Stuff in the spray lines is green too. But... where should I post&ask questions about this? What forum? And where do I get books for it? I know nothing more about this thing than what I can see or figure out by playing with it. Thanks!
