If neither valve can be converted for power beyond, the best way is to replace the loader valve (having fewer sections than the backhoe valve) with one having power beyond as the option. Anything else is a cobble and may put more pressure on the return part of the valve casting than it can stand. Besides which having pressure rise (from backhoe use) on thee return line of the loader valve could make the cylinders on the loader not move at all. Having separate return and power beyond ports is there for a reason. It works better.
