'95 6.5TD GM revisited

I'd like to thank everyone that posted to my prior question, it was all good info.

My block is bad, it has spun the front cam bearing beyond any hope of re-use, unless I spend $700 for a big automotive machine shop in Atlanta to sleeve and line bore the hole.

My question is there any difference block wise between a turbo version and non-turbo, I've found a non turbo engine that I will build myself if I can use all my turbo stuff in it. I know fuel system and mabye heads different, anything else? Thanks
